The Palisades Institute was created in 1990 as part of Dominican College of Blauvelt, NY to serve for-profit, government, and not-for-profit organizations in Rockland and Orange counties in New York, Bergen and Passaic counties in New Jersey, and other nearby areas.

The Palisades Institute is based on the belief that people in all organizations are confronted with a myriad of issues in their work lives which would be better handled with a greater understanding and application of the principles of Quality, Leadership and Ethics most appropriate to the complex global information age of the nineties and beyond.

The Palisades Institute offers seminars and workshops for business, not-for-profit and governmental organizations in Rockland, Bergen, Orange and other nearby counties in New York and New Jersey. Our theme is the integration of: customer-focused total quality; a management style which emphasizes both service and leadership to customers, employees and all stakeholders; and the highest standards of ethical decision-making.
